These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the peso999 platform, including all gaming services, payment facilities, promotions, and account features available at peso999.vip. It is each Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing or using online gaming services is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. peso999 makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the peso999 Platform. The creation or use of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all Balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
2.4 Registration Information. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate. peso999 is not liable for Account access issues arising from outdated or inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.
2.5 Identity Verification. peso999 may, at its discretion or as required by applicable law, request that you complete a KYC identity verification process before permitting deposits, withdrawals, or continued access to your Account. 3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your peso999 Account credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to notify peso999 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. peso999 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
3.2 No Sharing of Credentials. You must not share your password or OTP with any third party, including family members. peso999 support staff will never request your password or OTP under any circumstance. Any disclosure of your credentials to a third party — regardless of the purpose — is at your sole risk.
3.3 Accurate Account Information. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods registered to your Account are held in your own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts (GCash, Maya, bank accounts) that are registered to the same individual identity verified on your peso999 Account. Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are prohibited.
3.4 Account Activity. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether carried out by you or by any third party accessing your Account with or without your authorization. 4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is PHP 100. peso999 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at its discretion and will communicate any such changes through the Platform's Cashier interface.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the payment method of the same type used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment method registered in your name as verified by completed KYC. Withdrawal processing times are approximately three (3) minutes for GCash, five (5) minutes for Maya, and ten (10) to thirty (30) minutes for bank transfers. These are target processing times; actual times may vary.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20× means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in total).

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the peso999 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, their Balance partially or wholly forfeited, and may be reported to appropriate authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the peso999 Platform, including but not limited to: the peso999 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, images, audio, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of peso999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License. peso999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorization from peso999.
8.3 Restrictions. You may not use the peso999 name, logo, or branding in any manner — including on social media, websites, or promotional materials — without peso999's express prior written consent.
9.1 No Warranty. The peso999 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. peso999 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components.
9.2 Limitation of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, peso999's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. peso999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of gaming opportunities, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.
9.4 Force Majeure. peso999 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay results from a Force Majeure event. peso999 will use reasonable endeavors to minimize the impact of any Force Majeure event and to resume normal Platform operations as soon as practicable.
The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of personal information provided to peso999 is governed by the peso999 Privacy Policy, available at peso999.vip/privacy-policy. By using the peso999 Platform and creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of this Agreement.
peso999 processes personal data in compliance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission.

12.1 Suspension by peso999. peso999 reserves the right to suspend access to a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice where peso999 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has violated any provision of this Agreement; (b) the Player's Account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party; (c) there is evidence of fraudulent activity or money laundering; or (d) continued Account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the financial interests of other Players.
12.2 Permanent Closure by peso999. peso999 may permanently close a Player's Account where: (a) a material breach of this Agreement has been confirmed; (b) the Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as set out in Section 7; (c) KYC verification reveals that registration information was false or fraudulent; or (d) the Player is found to be under 21 years of age.
12.3 Closure by the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting peso999's customer support team. Account closure requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) all active gaming rounds must be completed; (b) all wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds must be resolved; (c) any pending withdrawal requests will continue to be processed. Real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment account following standard withdrawal processing.
12.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account, all licenses granted under this Agreement are revoked. Access to the Platform will be denied. Obligations that by their nature survive termination — including confidentiality obligations, intellectual property protections, and dispute resolution provisions — will continue to apply after termination.
13.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, or its subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
13.2 Dispute Resolution — Customer Support First. In the event of any dispute between you and peso999 regarding any aspect of your Account, a game outcome, a bonus, or a payment, you agree to first raise the issue with peso999's customer support team by contacting us through the official live chat or by emailing [email protected]. peso999 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes at the customer support level within five (5) business days of receiving a complete and detailed complaint.
13.3 Game Outcome Disputes. Any dispute regarding a game result must be raised within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. Claims raised after this period will not be investigated. peso999's gaming system records are the definitive record of all game outcomes and shall prevail over any Player-side recording or recollection in the event of a conflict.
13.4 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.1 Right to Amend. peso999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Amendments will take effect upon posting of the revised Agreement on the peso999 Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes.
14.2 Notice of Material Changes. Where an amendment constitutes a material change to your rights or obligations under this Agreement, peso999 will endeavor to provide advance notice through one or more of the following channels: a notification within your Account dashboard, an SMS to your registered mobile number, or a prominently displayed notice on the Platform's login page. However, it remains your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
14.3 Acceptance of Amendments. Your continued use of the peso999 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 12.3.
